Tana is an instructor for a six-week class per the request of Anderson Community Education (ACE).  The class is called TRAIN TO BE A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT.  We will be starting the Fall 2008 Semester soon!  Take a look at the calendar below.  Classes are held on Wednesday evenings.
 
Participants learn to use office skills they have acquired throughout their lifetime to work from home.  A Virtual Assistant is a highly-trained, independent entrepreneur who provides administrative support services vial the Internet, telephone, and e-mail to busy entrepreneurs, managers, professionals and anyone else worldwide who needs help with an administrative project.
 
You will take a hard look at your skills, strengths and weaknesses to define your business niche, determine your target market and create materials geared to that market.
 
Work though a series of client exercises designed to make sure you are prepared to work virtually.
 
By the end of six weeks, you will have enough information and practice and to start beginning the process of putting together your own business.  Some of the class assignments will put together a packet to introduce yourself to your niche and begin writting your own business plan.
 
This is a very discussionary and interactive class, so be ready to have some fun and learn a lot!  Be ready to start your own business!
