Experience:

Administrative Specialist

Duties: Annual Conference Organizer (primary contact) and represent KASAP at conference exhibits, special events and press conferences.  Assist with formatting of grant/budget forms and information, assist with strategic planning, and design forms. Collaborate with program staff on Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) events. Course Developer, Course Reviewer and assist with course migration from eCollege to Blackboard for the online-professional development course in collaboration with the KY Dept. of Education, and serve as technical support for the facilitators and participants during the course.
Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements, organize conference calls, record minutes at staff and committee meetings, and maintain office supplies, databases and schedules, on-line research. Collect and collate service statistics from rape crisis centers. Write articles for KASAP Newsletter and other agency newsletters as requested. Maintain office computers and equipment and provide technical assistance to staff when consultant is unavailable. Act as Liaison between Embedding Coalition/Crime Prevention Coalition and KASAP.
